The Onsite Recommendation Specialist is a crucial part of our Fulfillment Team with the primary responsibility of recommending changes to clients’ sites and pages. This position uses tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic web languages like HTML to point out issues that could be costing our small business customers. In this entry-level position, you will generate great content for our clients and partners that will increase their search engine rankings, drive customers to their websites, and kick off their SEO campaigns with immediate improvements. You will understand branding and how to attract the right kind of customer to our clients’ businesses.
 

*Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently a remote team. However, we are looking for a Utah-based candidate and will not be considering candidates who are not currently living in Utah or planning on relocating soon.

When the pandemic is over, there will be the option for this to remain a remote position.*
 

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Balancing technical SEO concerns with compelling, user-friendly copy
  • Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure quality
  • Proficiently using international versions of written English
  • Maintaining Boostability’s core values of quality and transparency as you help clients through the first stages of their SEO campaigns
  • Creating professional-quality deliverables in Microsoft Word
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
     

What You’ll Need To Succeed...

  • An intermediate understanding of SEO
  • A strong desire to learn more about the industry and suggest product changes to benefit our clients
  • Near-perfect spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills
  • Stellar organization skills and drive for self-improvement
  • Online communication skills that are second to none!


Non-Required but Valuable Skills…

  • Ability to connect three words with a one word clue in a game of Code Names
  • Really good at decorating for holidays—the ability to work a zip-tie!
  • Knows how to find and use gifs in a humorous way
     

Compensation: $10-$11/hr DOE
 

Schedule: This position is open to flexible, part-time schedules (less than 30 hours a week) between the hours of 7am and 6pm. Regular and predictive attendance is required.
